SCLAK is an access control system, safe,

Different types
of users

The SCLAK access sharing system provides various types of users: Installer, Admin, Owner and Guest.
INSTALLER
He sets Admin at the end of the installation. He can not use the key once the Admin has been set up
ADMIN
Can invite Owners and Guests. He can not use the keys.
OWNER
He can open and invite guests.
GUEST
Use the key but can not name other guests.
Digital keys and licences
Digital keys enable users to access a door where a SCLAK device is installed. They are secure, customisable, and can also be used by friends, family, service personnel, employees, as well as guests. The SCLAK system handles 2 types of licences: Owner and Guest.
Once purchased, licences will be tied to the account and not the device.

OWNER KEY LICENCES
The "Owner" key licence can only be distributed by the administrator, it allows users to invite guests and it is valid for 10 years: when this period expires, the user is notified in advance through a notification on the app.
The Owner key licenses can be purchased in the APP following an invitation from the administrator with the "Key Test" option.

GUEST KEY LICENCES
The Guest key licence can be purchased from the Urmet Sclak app in packages of different denominations (5, 10, 20 or 100 key licences), designed specifically to meet the needs of each user. The Guest key licence pack is valid for 12 months from the first licence used. When it expires, the user is notified by a notification on the app.

Invite your guests
The Installer sends an invitation through sms or e-mail to you or to who will be Admin. As Admin, once you has accepted the invitation, you can invite new users as Owners or Guests.
SCLAK let you invite multiple users to access one or more locks in a simple and fast way, by sending digital keys via e-mail or text message.
Users must download the app but can also log in without creating their own account.
